Functions: Local authority building with offices, meeting room, multipurpose hall for 150 people, storage rooms for clubs and societies, fire engine garage with parking bays and wash box, workshops and hose tower, common rooms, parking spaces, spatial design with spring.
Challenges overcome: Realisation of an ecological building method (partial timber construction), installation of a wood chip system, operated by a cooperative.
