The authorised surveyors from pm1 have complete command of all national and international valuation standards for buildings and land. They are familiar with the property markets and their development trends; reliably, they determine the open market value according to the Red Book PS4.2. pm1 produces valuation reports for individual buildings and property packages – for the purpose of determining the amount of modernisation expenditure required, the maintenance backlog and any commercial depreciation. Likewise, our experienced engineers advise you in the event of necessary refurbishment or repairs. For the financial sector, we produce building condition reports to accompany applications for credit, expert reports on the risks involved in building completion; we determine the costs for building completion and prepare valuation reports.
