As the leading construction project manager, the founder Arnold Schmitzer wanted to offer his customers the best possible "relief and safety" in the implementation of construction projects right from the start.
In the meantime, the pm1 team has developed into the successful general planner and overall developer of SMARTEN, sustainable buildings.
