project description
Client: BIG - Bundesimmibiliengesellschaft mbH
Architect: Dr. Shebl & Partner Generalplaner Ges.m.b.H
Functions:
A high-precision hydraulic engineering laboratory for the research of the future is being built for the Vienna University of Technology. In addition to the laboratory facilities, rooms and offices for researchers and students will be created.
Challenges overcome:
Numerous reinforced concrete installations had to be bypassed by targeted measures, a telecommunications line in the construction site had to be lowered.
By means of forced measures a very short construction time could be realized.
Due to the 'laboratory concentration' that is being created in the immediate vicinity and which is also managed by us, the highest coordination requirements are necessary.
