Functions:
The fire station consists of a vehicle hall with three vehicle parking spaces, workshops and storage rooms and a command, changing and training section including ancillary rooms. The command and training section is arranged over two floors and also serves as a place to stay during operations and exercises. In the area of the forecourt, a hose dryer tower including a training wall and training stairs is planned.
Challenges overcome:
Implementation of high-quality architecture within the specified budget.
PM1 Baumanagement is responsible for local construction supervision and project management.
