project description
Client: Raiffeisenbank Tirol Mitte West eGen
Architect: Architekturhalle, Arch. Mag.arch. R. Wulz Ziviltechniker KG
Functions:
In the middle of the center of Telfs, Raiffeisenbank is erecting the "Markthaus" as a hybrid building with different uses.
In addition to the functions of the bank, regional companies will present their products here in "market stalls", and a cafe/restaurant will provide animation. Rooms for rent will be built on the upper floors to create offers for trade and services.
An open space for events will be created on the south side, and a garden area is planned for the restaurant. The parking spaces will be redesigned.
Challenge to be overcome:
Building in the city center, provision of an underground connection to neighboring underground garages, consideration of servitude areas/passages for the city population, building on owner-occupied and building lease land with the constructive consideration of the different periods of use (possible separation or demolition) at the property boundary.
PM1 Baumanagement is responsible for the general planning services.
