Alpin Style Hotel in 5 star standard with extra attention to wellness and spa. The hotel comprises 77 rooms and suites as well as cafés, restaurants, bars, lounges, fitness rooms, a spacious and innovative spa and wellness area and an underground car park with 154 parking spaces. 4 apartment buildings with 45 apartments as well as 15 chalets situated on the project area.
Planning of the overall project with international consultants at a very high standard. Construction of a noise protection gallery above Pass-Thurn-Strasse as the basis for the hotel construction. The hotel as well as the apartments and chalets will be built under high nature conservation regulations by the adjacent Hohe-Tauern nature reserve at an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level. The hotel is subject to very high quality and sustainability standards by the operator and the construction must therefore be carried out under the strict criteria of LEED certification.
LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is the abbreviation for the U.S. Green Building Council's building evaluation system.
The project has already been approved under building and trade law. Construction has already begun.
