Functions:FunctionsThe two university buildings in Akademiestraße are being renovated and extended, whereby they have been dismantled down to the supporting structure and the rooms rearranged. A large connecting wing was created between the two existing buildings. The facade was newly insulated and a revised fire protection concept was implemented; furthermore, barrier-free access was created.
PM1 Baumanagement is responsible for the preparation of various service specifications.
